Warehouse B Membership - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Warehouse B. Warehouse B membership and the privileges and conditions of the Warehouse B membership (“Membership”) are described below. If you have any questions about Membership, please see a Warehouse B Membership services representative in one of our stores, call us at (513) 671-0680.
Membership & Membership Fees
Membership is available to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Warehouse B reserves the right to accept, refuse or revoke Membership to any person at any time for or on a reasonable basis. Membership is subject to any and all Warehouse B rules, policies and procedures, which may change from time to time with or without prior notice to you.
Warehouse B may charge fees for or in connection with Memberships. Please see a Warehouse B Membership services representative in one of our stores, call us at (513) 671-0680 for more information about Membership fees.
Membership fees paid cover one twelve (12)-month period beginning on the date of enrollment of the primary member/accountholder (“Primary Member”).
Membership Cards & ID Requirements
Primary Members and authorized Membership account users (“Authorized Membership Users”) are required to show Membership cards when entering Warehouse B, and when making purchases at Warehouse B. Primary Members must have a valid photo on file in the Warehouse B system in order to make purchases at Warehouse B. If you are a Primary Member, and you do not have a valid photo on file in the Warehouse B system, please stop by the Membership Services desk to have your photo taken and added to the Warehouse B system. Authorized Membership Users must present a valid photo ID that shows that the Authorized Membership User resides at the same address as the Primary Member in order to make a purchase at Warehouse B.
Memberships and Membership cards are not transferable. If your Membership card becomes lost or stolen please notify a Membership services representative at one of our stores, and we will issue a replacement Membership card to you. Primary Members must authorize issuance of replacement Membership cards.
Membership accounts/cards may be utilized by Authorized Membership Users. Authorized Membership Users must be at least 16 years or age, and must reside at the same address as the Primary Member. Primary Members must register Authorized Membership Users to utilize the Membership.
Membership – Renewals, Changes and Cancellations
Primary Members must authorize Membership renewal, termination or cardholder changes, including additions or deletions.
Membership renewal fees must be paid in a Warehouse B store location, and are due no later than the last day of the month that the Membership is set to expire.
Membership renewal must be completed for all Authorized Membership Users when the renewal is processed.
You will not receive new Membership cards upon Membership renewal or otherwise, unless your existing Membership card is lost, damaged (and a Primary Member authorizes replacement of a Membership card) or becomes obsolete.
Memberships renewed within two (2) months of expiration of the prior Membership year will be extended for twelve (12) months from the expiration date of the prior Membership (or Membership year). Memberships renewed more than two (2) months following expiration of the prior Membership (or Membership year) will be extended for 12 months from the date of Membership renewal.
If you, as a Primary Member, are not satisfied with your Membership you may cancel your Membership at any time by speaking with a Warehouse B Membership services representative. You will only receive a refund of the Membership fee paid by you for the current Membership year or period if you cancel your Membership within 90 days of your Membership enrollment date or renewal.
Other
Payment FormsWarehouse B accepts the following forms of payment: cash, checks, debit cards, Warehouse B gift cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Warehouse B does not accept manufacturers’ coupons or other retail establishment discount coupons (unless offered or distributed by Warehouse B). Warehouse B does not accept Best Buy or Best Buy branded gift cards.
Personal checks must be written in the exact amount of any purchase, issued on the Primary Members or Authorized Membership Users (as applicable) checking account, pre-printed with the Primary Member’s or Authorized Membership User’s name, address and telephone number (as applicable), and must be presented by the Primary Member or Authorized Membership User (as applicable). Any exceptions must be pre-approved by a Warehouse B manager. Checks may require picture id and supervisor/manager approval. The Primary Member is responsible for purchases made by any Authorized Membership User. In the event that either the Primary Member or Authorized Membership User has a check returned by the bank, the Primary Member will make good the face amount of the check upon demand, plus a reasonable service charge and other expenses incurred by Warehouse B in connection with the returned check.
If any legal action is brought by or on behalf of Warehouse B to collect payment on a check, the Primary Member agrees to be liable for reasonable fees and costs of collection incurred by Warehouse B in connection with any such legal action.
General PoliciesPrimary Members are welcome to bring their children and up to two guests into Warehouse B store locations, however, only Warehouse B Primary Members and Authorized Membership Users may purchase items at or from Warehouse B. Primary Members are responsible for their guests and family members.
Warehouse B reserves the right to inspect merchandise and merchandise receipts of individuals as they exit the Warehouse B store.
No smoking is allowed in Warehouse B
Warehouse B reserves the right to inspect, at any time, individual’s containers, backpacks, briefcases, etc., inside or on the premises of Warehouse B. Warehouse B may deny entry to Warehouse B stores to anyone at its sole discretion.
