Warehouse B closed its doors on January 10th, 2013.

Q. What happens if I paid the $19.99 membership fee at Warehouse B and was not able to return it before the store closed?

A. If a member purchased a membership for $19.99, the primary member with valid photo ID may call 1-866-764-6979 for assistance.

Q. What if I bought an extended warranty?

A. Warranties purchased prior to December 4, 2012 will be honored by NEW per the service plan purchased. Please contact NEW at 1-877-819-2023 or www.productassist.com/warehouseb

Q. What if I bought an Insignia product and have a service issue?
